Makro vacancies Requirements:-
- Responsible for the completed project management cycle such as, planning, roll out, communication, tracking and implementation of Group related projects including but not limited to CATALSYT, Background Screening Software, GEP, Payspace, Talent Force, SmartRecruiters, hubbing, Performance Management process and software implementation, etc. in all AWE countries
- Act as the point of reference between the region and the Group on HRIS related matters
- Delivery of AWE identified projects using HRIS solutions which may change from time to time
- Works on aggregating country specific HRIS solutions under the Global HRIS umbrella where required
- Strategic support for the Region in terms of operational requirements
- Support the development, maintenance and delivery of regular reports and statistics out of the HRIS to allow the efficient use of employee data for the SGS management teams
- Responsibility for monthly reporting on Workforce Ratio and Productivity per country and per Business Line.
- Analyze data and interpret statistics to provide an overview of findings in a manner beneficial to the Regional/Group Management.
- Monitoring of Performance Management process for Focus population, working with country HR and Managing directors: goal plan review, cascading and follow up and ensuring system integrity and correct completion.
